Is there onsite parking available?

Direct bookings -If for some reason you have to cancel your booking you can cancel and get your deposit refunded.YES, we do offer our guest onsite parking. However PARKING IS NOT GUARANTEED as its not allocated parking.

Is linen provided for our stay?Yes, all bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. If you would like beach or pool towels, these are available to hire from reception at a cost of $5 per towel for the duration of your stay.

Can I bring my pet on holiday?We’re sorry, but pets are not allowed on-site. The only exception is for service animals, in which case guests must provide the appropriate documentation.

What time does the pool close?Our pool, spa, and sauna facilities are open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Is there shops and restaurants nearby?Yes, we’re within walking distance of local amenities. Coles is approximately 900 metres away, and the Coolum Surf Club, along with a variety of restaurants and cafés, is just a 5-minute walk.

Is there local bus service?Yes, public transport is available through Translink. The local bus service is convenient and affordable, with fares currently reduced to a flat rate of 50 cents across all zones and modes on the Translink network. Bus service departs the Sunshine Coast Airport every hour.
